They can they use the standard navigation links to find customer account information; open or edit Trouble Tickets or Projects; add to or review Sales Leads; review the Call Log; view their monthly Calendar or a company-wide Calendar; or access the Knowledge Base (a great place to make common documents available for download).

The CRM operates from a relational database that encourages easy collaboration between employees, and an excellent way to track and monitor sales activity.
