Why use remote support?
Remote support saves you time and money by allowing us to remotely administer your computer over the Internet. All you need is a working high speed Internet connection. Most common computer problems can be solved just as they would if a technician was actually sitting at your computer.
How does it work?
Our remote administration works like this:
1)
I agree to the terms of service.
2) Choose the location of your technician to download the remote client software:
-If your technician is located in Quincy, click the button below for our remote client software.
-If your technician is located in Kirksville, click the button below for our remote client software.
3) Enter User ID supplied by technician.
Once you choose a technician your computer sends out an invitation to that technician to take control of your computer. At no time can anyone outside your computer take control without your knowledge.
